Reliable and Creative Caregiver in Amsterdam

I am Federica, 34 yo italian. I worked as a caregiver for the last 5 years and I manely took care of children from 4 months old to 4 yo - while also cooking for the whole family, housekeeping and doing whatever is needed at any given time with a smile. I also have experience with people with Alzheimer. I am a doula (birth companion) and a yoga teacher. I am communicative, calm and positive. I like to live and work in loving kindness. I am creative in everything I do and I like to motivate people in expressing their true colors no matter their age or physical condition. I love to cook, make art, have long walks, be in nature and gardening. All activities that I am open to share with you or your family member that needs support.
