Occasional babysitter for afternoons and sometimes evenings

I am a single mum of a boy, 9. I work 25 hours a week, I'm about to start language school and I'm thinking of introducing a babysitter, so my son isn't alone on those days. Occasionally I'd like to go out with friends, so there might be a possibility of an evening/nighttime, sometimes at weekends.
