Special-needs professional nanny

My name is Ashley and I am 31 years old, from the United States. My passion and professional career for nearly the past 10 years has been working with, educating, and providing the upmost care for children with autism and other additional disabilities and/or health concerns, although I do have experience with kids without disabilities and am always happy to provide care for them as well. In these past 10 years, I have been promoted from classroom aide/shadow, to behavioral therapist, to special-needs pre-kindergarten lead teacher. My focus on expanding the understanding and adoration for children who are Neurodivergent and their mental/emotional health and well-being has been the top priorities of my career. I have a wide range of experience from all walks of life and ability levels and hope to expand and continue this career now that I have permanently relocated to the Netherlands. I absolutely love working with these children and have always found immense joy in teaching and watching them grow, both as students and as individual human beings. I hope to continue working with them for as long as I possibly can in order to continue to improve and add joy to their lives.
